Submitting certificate renewals for the KU72 Moisture Meter
(Subsequent Verification)to the Central Bureau of Weights and Measures,
Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Thailand
The process is as follows:
1 : Check the Expiration Date
Check the certificate expiration date on the Garuda emblem sticker affixed to the side of the machine by the Bureau of Weights and Measures. Each certificate is valid for 2 years.
2 : Fill Out the Power of Attorney Form
Accurately and completely fill out the Power of Attorney form using the downloadable links below. Please ensure that the grantor and two witnesses fully sign the document.
3 : Required Supporting Documents
- Power of Attorney from the Machine Owner authorizing:

4 : KU72 Moisture Meter
Prepare the KU72 moisture meter that needs to be submitted for certificate renewal.
